All Wellness cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours, prior to your appointment time. We have a limited amount of Wellness appointments available and they are in high demand. Any appointments cancelled outside of the 24 hours will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Cancellations made more than 1 week of the event date will be credited to the account. Cancellations made less than a week from the event will not be credited or refunded. No exceptions, sorry. Thank you very much for your understanding.
We do not offer refunds. Cancelling 45 days prior to start date: 100% of tuition returned as a credit on our studio, minus $50 administration fee. No credit for cancellations made within 45 days of the start of training.
