Sadie Hamilton, Registered Kinesiologist
Sadie is a Registered Kinesiologist who blends evidence-based kinesiology with a commitment to whole-person wellness. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, where she served as a Student Athletic Therapist with Queen’s Sports Medicine, supporting the Varsity Women’s Soccer team in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
BACKGROUND:
During her undergraduate studies, Sadie became acutely aware of how women’s bodies respond uniquely to training, stress, and recovery—particularly across menstrual cycles, aging, pregnancy, and postpartum phases. This focus continues to shape her graduate research and clinical practice as she supports the evolving physical and mental demands of women through movement-based and manual therapies.
PHILOSOPHY:
Sadie integrates manual therapy—including Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and osteopathic techniques—with tailored movement and exercise interventions such as ELDOA kinetic-chain exercises.

PERSONAL:
As a D.O.M.P. candidate at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy, Sadie deepens her understanding of the body’s interconnected systems. This perspective guides her personalized care: she recognizes that each body responds differently and designs treatment plans that address individual imbalances, enhance adaptability, and promote long-term structural health. Dedicated to lifelong learning, she strives to make wellness accessible and to foster a compassionate relationship with the body. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and spending time by the water.
