We are here to support you. Our personal trainers take into account the limitations, abilities and special needs of your body to help you achieve your fitness and health goals in a safe and healthy way.
Your Personal Trainer will use a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight training, as well as mat work. You will feel challenged AND confident.
During your initial session, your health and fitness goals are reviewed prior to exercise. At the end of the session you will receive a personalized training plan. This session is required for all first time clients.

She is currently pursuing a Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification with Girls Gone Strong and is dedicated to helping mothers recover from delivery, focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation and safe training strategies before and after childbirth.
Whether you're new to fitness or looking to enhance your current routine, Barbara is committed to guiding you through every phase. She offers specialized programs for prenatal clients, including safe exercises to manage discomfort and build strength, as well as postnatal support that emphasizes core recovery, pelvic floor health, and effective workout plans that fit into busy mom’s schedule.
